At its core, principal coaching aims to help principals reach their highest potential by clarifying and achieving their school-wide and district goals. Principal Coaches act as catalysts for change, utilizing a range of skills, strategies, and tools to assist individuals in shifting perspectives and discovering new approaches to achieving their objectives. Similar to a gardener nurturing plants, a principal coach supports "coachees," to help them thrive.
